These terms and conditions apply to agreements between Askin AS (reg. no. 917 881 456) and the customer.

Askin offers e-consultations with board-certified dermatologists through a web application. Within 24 hours (working days), patients receive a consultation that may include diagnosis, EEA prescriptions, and advice on treatment, based on the submitted photos and text. Our dermatologists adhere to professional healthcare standards in compliance with applicable health legislation.
Askin's services are not intended for emergencies. In urgent situations, please contact emergency services.
For minors, we require that consultations be conducted with parental supervision.
Photo consultations cost €55 for private individuals.
Consultations are typically answered within 24 hours of receipt. Consultations are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times may be longer during high-demand periods, such as public holidays, Christmas, and Easter.
You cannot withdraw or cancel a photo consultation after it has been performed.
To delete your user account, contact us. Please note that account deletion does not automatically remove personal data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for information on data processing.
Askin is not responsible for:
- Errors caused by the customer.
- Security breaches or viruses affecting the service, provided reasonable security measures were implemented
- Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
Content on our websites is protected under copyright laws and may not be copied without explicit consent.
Misuse of the service, such as unauthorized access, spreading viruses, or infringing copyrights, is prohibited. Abuse may result in account suspension and liability for financial damages caused to Askin.
Askin reserves the right to update these terms.
If you believe your patient rights have not been upheld, you have the right to file a complaint. We encourage you to contact us directly to address any dissatisfaction with our services.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Unresolved disputes must be addressed through legal action in the Oslo District Court.
